Brooke has done enough cooking that I decided to gift her the cute frilly apron she had wanted. Here she is making Bearnaise Sauce for our Beef Tenderloin Roast. She also is making Garlic Green Beans. We have Williams-Sonoma Mini Croissants ready and some baked potatoes in the oven (we even have an extra one cooking for Brent…even though he’s on his mission in Minnesota). She even cooked up a new recipe we found in the “Mormon Times” newspaper for breakfast (Creme Brulee French Toast). Although it was really tasty, we all agreed my regular French Toast recipe is much better.
