I wonder if you made your liners taller if it would be easier to pull out?

You need to take some Golden Seal for your throat Nancy. Its a good strong natural antibiotic.

I don’t have any. The cayenne should do it, though, that’s a real hot one!

Let’s hope your case doesnt last that long Nancy but I swear to you that Golden Seal is nature antibiotic, Echiniacea will help as well and Acidophillus whenever you feel any kind of bug or infection coming on…..its good bacteria to help fight off the bad. Hope you feel tons better soon !

I just took a garlic clove, ground it up in the mortar and added a tsp honey. I’ve been licking it for an hour. I have no golden seal. thanks for trying!

OK, here’s another remedy…mix 1 tsp apple cider vinegar & 2 TBS water in a glass…..gargle with it…the acid in the vinegar should kill the bacteria on contact. Do this every hour or two and be sure to rinse your mouth out with plain water afterwards to prevent the vinegar from harming your tooth enamel.

I’ve been doing it with lemon and honey. Does that do the same thing? I’ve also been gargling with saltwater.

Lemon & honey is good too. The lemon is Vit C and the honey is soothing & kills germs too. Keep gargling with the salt water as well. Hope you feel tons better reallly sooooon !!!
